Lisa: Hey Sam, you look a little tired today. Is everything alright?
Sam: Yeah, I’ve been working on a big project, but it’s not going so well.
Lisa: I understand. I had a tough project last month too. What’s the problem?
Sam: I don’t know where to start. It feels too big and confusing.
Lisa: I’ve been there. Try breaking the project into small steps. That helps a lot.
Sam: Hmm, small steps. Like making a list of things to do?
Lisa: Exactly! For example, if it's an event, first make the guest list, then find a place, then plan the food.
Sam: That sounds much easier than trying to do everything at once.
Lisa: Also, set small deadlines. Like, finish the guest list by Monday, choose the place by Wednesday.
Sam: Deadlines… yes, they help keep things on track. I should try that.
Lisa: And don’t forget, you can ask for help. You don’t have to do everything alone.
Sam: True. I always feel like I should do it by myself, but teamwork is better.
Lisa: Absolutely. Working with others makes it faster and more fun, too.
Sam: Maybe I can ask Mia to help with the design part. She’s good at that.
Lisa: Great idea! Use everyone’s strengths. That’s smart project planning.
Sam: Thanks, Lisa. Your advice is really helpful. I feel less stressed now.
Lisa: I’m glad to hear that. Projects can be hard, but you’re not alone.
Sam: I’ll break it into tasks, set deadlines, and work with my team. I’ve got a plan now.
Lisa: That’s the way to do it. I’m sure you’ll finish it well!
