New Year's Resolutions
Happy New Year, everyone!
I can’t believe 2026 is finally here.
For me, a new year is the perfect time to reset my life.
I have thought a lot about my future, and I have decided on three main resolutions for this year.
First, I want to get fit and be more active.
To be honest, I was a bit of a "couch potato" during the winter break.
I ate too much delicious food and just relaxed at home.
This year, I’m going to hit the gym at least twice a week.
Also, I will try to take the stairs instead of the elevator.
I want to feel more energetic every day!
Second, I’m going to level up my English.
I want to travel to different countries and talk to local people.
To do this, I will listen to English podcasts every morning while I get ready.
I know that learning a language is a marathon, not a sprint.
I don’t have to be perfect, but I want to enjoy the process and stay consistent.
Finally, I want to spend less time on my phone.
I often spend hours scrolling through social media, and it’s such a waste of time.
This year, I will put my phone in another room one hour before bed.
Instead of looking at a screen, I’m going to read a book or listen to some relaxing music.
I want to focus more on "the real world."
Sticking to resolutions is not always easy, but I’m going to do my best.
Even if I fail sometimes, I will just start again.
