Talking about being a graphic designer
Ken: Hi Lisa! Long time no see. How have you been?
Lisa: Hi Ken! I’m good, thanks. How about you? Still working at the same company?
Ken: Yes, I am. I work as a graphic designer. It’s busy, but I enjoy it.
Lisa: Oh, that sounds interesting! What kind of things do you do?
Ken: Well, first, I make posters and flyers for events and products.
Lisa: That’s cool. Do you work on a computer all day?
Ken: Most of the time, yes. I also create designs for websites.
Lisa: Wow, so you help with online stuff too. Do you work alone or in a team?
Ken: I work with a team. We often have meetings to share ideas.
Lisa: Sounds like a fun job! Do you ever talk with clients?
Ken: Yes, that’s another part of my work. I talk to clients to understand what they want.
Lisa: I see. So, you need to be creative and a good communicator.
Ken: Exactly. It can be hard sometimes, but it feels great when the client is happy.
Lisa: I bet! Do you work from home or go to the office?
Ken: I go to the office three days a week, and I work from home on the other days.
Lisa: That’s a nice balance. Do you have many deadlines?
Ken: Yes, there are many deadlines, but I try to manage my time well.
Lisa: You seem very organized. Do you like your job?
Ken: Yes, I do. Every day is different, and I learn new things.
